VB.Net Project Enhancement: ListView Management

I'm seeking an experienced VB.Net developer to assist me with an existing project, specifically in enhancing the management of data displayed in a ListView. The project involves real-time synchronization with file system changes and requires filtering and sorting of data by date and time.
Work over anydesk on an existing project vb.net memory management of file data
It will keep files on disk current with an unencrypted and uncompressed copy using file system watcher and holds the data in listview but must be updated from file system watcher from textbox logging it for example formatted with date and time and a delimiter of details changes should be processed to listview, and there are two because one has filenames and the other has data which correlate by index number.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the ListView to synchronize with changes in the file system.
- Implement functionality to filter and sort data in the ListView by date and time.
- Ensure smooth integration of these functionalities with the existing project.
