VB.Net Email Integration with Gmail's OAuth

I'm looking for an expert in VB.Net and Google Cloud to help me update my existing business process applications. These applications currently send emails through a Gmail account, but due to Gmail's recent security updates requiring OAuth validation, I need to adjust my setup.
Key Tasks:
- Create a new Google Cloud project for this purpose.
- Set up the Google Console OAuth.
- Provide a code segment in VB.Net for the collection of the OAuth token.
- Provide subsequent code to send emails.
The code provided will be embedded into the existing VB.Net code.
Access Requirements:
- The OAuth token should only have permission to send emails.
Authentication:
- All users will be authenticated via a Service Account in a non-interactive manner.
