I'm looking for a VB.net developer to create a small application for my Windows PC. This app will check the New York Federal Reserve's website for new data every 5 minutes, during specified weekday hours.
Key Requirements:
- The app should use a headless browser compatible with VB.net. I specifically want to avoid using C or Python.
- The application will signal a new data row with a beep and a change to a bright red color.
- I do not need the app to log data changes or provide notifications, just the audio and visual cues.
- The checking interval and time range should be fixed, with no need for user configuration.
