VB.NET developer needed

I am looking for a VB.NET developer for a client with Oracle DB experience. The project will be long term but is divided in multiple subsections. I am looking for someone who can work on this with little to no supervision and is self starter.
The project is relatively simple, need to make minor changes in the UI using HTML and CSS and writing some functions to import some data into the screen. Then again writing some functions to insert data into the database.
This would be a great project for someone just stating out in Freelancer as there will be more than 15 projects per month.
