VB.NET, adjustments to some columns of a .exe file

Job ID: 35137636

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am looking to replace some of the columns of the current program/ .exe file which utilizes VB.NET.
I have the new VBA code to replace the indicated columns, but I don't know how to replace the new/replacement column calculations without messing up the current program.
I assume that a programmer who is proficient in VBA and VB.NET should be able to put these together (or slightly revise the VBA code) without interfering with the functionality and accuracy of the current .exe file.
Please see the overview of the current program in the attached "Current program.docx" file.
I am also including files and source code of the current program.
Source Code for the current program, can be found in the attached zip. Code for the program can be found within that zip file in a file labeled "Form1.vb".
Attached files to be included in the same folder for the .exe file to run properly are:
1) "Combined with ALT.exe"
2) "ALTsymbol.csv"
3) "Settings.txt"
4) "symbols.csv"
The final output of running the .exe file with the attached accompanying files is found in the attached "combinedALT.csv".
The new code to be utilized to replace the indicated columns of the .exe file / "combinedALT.csv" file can be found in the VBA code of the attached "Fractal Study Program_v3.0.xlsm" file.
Data to be used if you want to run the "Fractal Study Program_v3.0.xlsm" file is the attached "Fractal Study DATA.csv" file.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Steve
