VB .NET Write a project to read a CSV file and draw a graph
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
The job should provide me with a VB .NET project which will:
-- open a CSV file; and
-- draw a cartesian graph.
I have tried to describe the project in detail in the video attached. I also attach an example CSV and an Excel workbook which is the CSV but with a graph drawn to show what I need.
