VB.NET WinForms: SQL Parser

This is a VB.NET project, taking over someone else's work that was not able to complete. Please see attached.
The application takes sql queries and parses for the join conditions and puts in an output format.
The issues that need to be corrected:
1-these specific files have issues: assetstatus is including schemaname on some rows, but not all. the other 2 files don't have any output, but they should...looks clean sql that should be able to parse. This needs to be fixed to handle.
2-currently it generates output for each input file. I need this to have option (checkbox) to put the output of all files in one output. Without duplicates (see #3 below).
3-this needs to add another column at the end that will write/append the file name that the row (which means the join condition came from). If it already exists, it needs to concatenate (comma separate) the file names. They need to be unique. Meaning, if i run the app on a file (input1) with no output, it creates and puts the filename in that column for the join criteria it adds. if i run the same file again, it will do nothing, because it exists and the filename is in the last column. If i copy the input file (call in input2 for example) and run it, it will have the same row(s), so it will now append this new filename last column. The last column will look like: input1,input2
