VB.NET WinForms: List Wifis + connect via WPS + connect via password

There is a UWP implementation of Microsofts Wifi connection example.
But I need it in VB.NET with WinForms.

This way you can read exactely what I want to do.
Somebody on SO said that I need to use the native Win32 approach.
I am looking for somebody who already did exactely that.
I am NOT looking for somebody who can do it within 1 week or so, I need it quickly.
If you have already done this, please post a bid, but not over 30 €.
I will only be back on my computer on Tuesday, and I can only then reply to you.
I would be happy if somebody already did that.
