VB.NET WinForms - Embed Custom Textbox in Dev Express Grid

This is winforms. vb.net 4.7.2. Dev Express v19.
I need a dev express data grid gridview with a different textbox.
I need to have a column with embed/use the fast color textbox () instead of the default one. This will be for all rows in the column, including new ones created through code.
I also need it to go right into edit mode when clicked. Meaning the user can click the cell and it will be the same as clicking a textbox allowing user to type.
