VB.NET Developer required

The objective of this project is to develop a robust and user-friendly portable desktop application, built in VB.NET, tailored for managing the database of a group of educational units in different areas. The application will work completely offline without any internet connectivity, even updating the app will be offline. Key features will include students and instructors’ data management, curriculum and syllabus, sessions tracking and reporting capabilities. The goal is to streamline data entry at units, sync data between units and areas, and between areas and Management.
