VB.NET Developer for Document Scanning App

I am looking for a skilled VB.NET developer to assist in resolving issues (now and ongoing) that we are trying to send live.
You need vb.net skills and experience with ms office object model though vb.net
we also need an installer so we can push updates to clients.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a VB.NET application that can scan and read content from Excel and Word documents.
- Implement functionality for the app to interpret different types of content such as text, tables, and charts.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in VB.NET
- Experience in developing applications for document scanning and reading
