VB.NET Dev Express Grid Features 2

1-Appearance: Based on the file format attached, I need a way to add/edit/remove data in the file that changes the grid cell's text appearance. the type can be bold, italic, underline, or forecolor change. For the fore color change, i would like it be live preview before save. meaning the user will be able select a color in the pallet and the match text will change. it will be the dev express color edit control.
2-Banded title: I need a way to add/remove/edit a banded row above all rows, that will band across all columns (can be dynamic, not a fixed number of columns). A simple button to add will prompt to enter the text for this. disable if already exists. edit and remove buttons will be disabled if no to band is there.
3-Column Header Icons: I need a text file that will associate the grids column header name to an icon. so if the name matches, it will apply that icon to the header column.
