VB .NET Convert VB6 code and add to an existing VB .NET project. Connect files to existing DLLs. Test the connection.

This is a complex project requiring the following skills:
-- a detailed working understanding of Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code
-- a detailed understanding of VB .NET
-- the ability to correctly convert VB6 functions to VB .NET
-- some mathematical ability would be very helpful

I have a VB .NET project which is partly developed.
In this project one of the requirements is to read large numerical files and fill a group of arrays with numerical values.
Some initial analysis is then carried out.
There are then a series of calls to DLLs to complete the mathematical analysis of the data.

The outcome of the project is:
-- to be able to read some example files and having completed the analysis to set a variable called 'AnalysisSuccessful' to TRUE
When this is done it should be possible to test the analysis.

The DLLs are complete and can be called from VB .NET. The VB .NET project has a simple example of how to do this.

There is a large VB6 project which is fully functional. This is the source of any functions required.
