VB.NET Code for Editing Audio Metadata

I need a VB.NET developer who can write a code for editing audio files' metadata using the Adobe XMP toolkit.
The Adobe XMP toolkit allows developers to write code that embeds metadata into various media files - .png, .jpg, .tif, .pdf, .wma, .wmv, .wav, .mp3, .mp4, .mov, etc.
I would like a VB.net forms program that allows me to select a media file of one of these types. The program will display the media file (if it is an image or video) or if it is an audio file allow it to be played. The program will display the current metadata values on the screen, and allow me to edit these values, and update the file with the new metadata values. The metadata saved in these files should be accessible to Adobe programs such as Premiere, Photoshop, etc.
The metadata fields I want to access are:
- Date (date type)
- Description (String type)
- Keywords (String type)
- People (String type)
I would like this delivered as a vb.net project with all source code and any necessary libraries so that I can run the program on my own machine and modify the code as required.
I need to have rights to use the code however I want in the future.
