Multi TCP socket

Hi. I need a TCP app in VB.net, that can connect to some servers, by TCP, and receive all information from them to a textbox, with a label on appear the IP, ie. Server 192.168.1.1 - msg: blah blah blah. I would like a listbox where I can insert ip and port like this: 192.168.1.1,80 - 192.168.1.2,80... I need to connect to all ip's at the same time and receive all information. That's all
