Modifying a control in VB.NET, .NET Core 6

I would like the requirements in the attached document completed in VB.NET, Core 6 framework. It consists of:

1). modifying an existing control (ucComboboxAutoComplete)
2). building a new control (dgvMultiPurpose) based on another existing control (RichDropDown)
