Modify vb.net SSH to sync

I have a SSH demonstration, to modify to sync with the host. The form will not require user input and it will show details. Required components: File System Watcher events to file(s), compare full recursions of host & local, Keep the form details up-to-date and processing synchronization of change event files with the host. This is only a vb.net project with a webhost SSH presence.
