Maintenance an old VB + VB.net Desktop Application

We have an application made in VB and some part in VB.Net with SQL db.
All comments, info and material about code are in italian language.
We need debug and resolve a runtime error.
Developper must have a good experience in old VB tecnnology.
This job can be done only by someone with a fluent read/write italian knowledge.
After this 1st experince we will continue with other develop features on same application
