Instrument Devices Ethernet Communication to VB.Net

Hi everyone

I have some instrument need to control and read by VB.Net using Ethernet Communication Protocol (Modbus/Telnet/etc). Should be using Ethernet cable.

Here is the list of the instruments :
- Heidenhain ND-287
- Weighing AD-4407
- CNT-91
- Eec SE 7430
- Eec matrix scanner

I need it max in 2 weeks. Please share me your proposal.
