Fix Exchange email reader

I've attached a 2 minutes video explaining the problem.
I have the email reader from Exchange I've attached.
It's almost finished, it will read Exchange emails and convert them to PDF saving attachments.
The problem is that the program it's not counting correctly the amount of emails to read (making it to read some duplicated emails). Also it should process all emails in inbox & sentbox before sleeping 30 seconds (now it's just stopping processing and sleeping).
