Finalize PWA Manifest, Notifications & Deployment

I've developed a PWA using VB.Net and I need a skilled developer experienced with PWAs to help me complete the final phases of the project. Specifically, I need assistance with:
- Finalizing the PWA manifest
- Implementing push notifications
- Setting up offline caching
- Enabling a service worker
- Submission to Android and iOS app stores using PWABuilder
- Provide the final source code back

This role requires an individual who has:
- Proven experience in PWA development
- Strong knowledge of VB.Net
- Excellent understanding of PWA manifest, service workers, push notifications, and offline caching
- Prior experience with PWABuilder and app store submission
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively for project completion

Please note, customization of the push notifications is not required, but it will be a plus if you have experience in this area.
The criteria for bidding is:
1- The project cannot exceed 100$ and the bidder must abide to his bid, no further negotiations.
2- The work has to be completed in 2 days time (it can be completed in less I am sure)
3- This project is Phase 1, there might be more phases coming soon and the developer who successfully completes this project will certainly get the coming phases.
