Extract Data from a text file using VB.NET

I need some simple vb.net code that can extract all of the the PMID numbers from the attached text file. I don't need the entire project just the function.
PMID: 32710538; PMCID:PMC7885770. Impact Factor: -NA- Scopus CiteScore: 6.8 Scientific Journal Rankings - SJR: 1.625 PMID: 32710538 Impact Factor: -NA-
The text has the PMID listed twice I just need it once -- All I need is the number 32710538
You can provide it as a comma separated string or a list.
It should be a simple indexof then a substring to the end of the file. Thank you
