1. convert the body of the email to pdf file, and save the pdf files and the attachments in specified file path and record the file path in an Access 2003 database
2. record the body of the email in text in the Access 2003 database in long text
3. Save the original email in the .msg format in the specified file path and record it in the Access database
4. create an Access 2003 database to record the sender, recipients, subject and date of the emails
5. Program in VB.net
6. Monitor the incoming and outgoing emails in real time and perform the task 1 and 2 above
