Dll for winform and web form for VB.NET

Use Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.CoreWebView2 to create a method in a dll that will receive two string and return a Boolean. The first string will be a uri link for a web site, the second will be a string that will need to be found on the web page loaded into the WebView2 from the first link. The method will return true if the string is found in the website or false if it is not found.
