Design a window for VB.net WPF project

I have attached a pdf showing a form which I need created as an XAML file for a vb.net WPF project. The grid lines are important and should be included in the design, red text is the type of input needed in certain areas in addition to the labels. Anything that can be done to make the form look more attractive while maintaining the same content is appreciated
