Custom Workflow integration project with Contentverse EDMS

Our client is a Non Profit Community Foundation. They use a program called Foundation Power to manage all their grants, funds, donors etc. We provided a Electronic Document Management System called Contentverse from Computhink for them to store scanned documents and other files. We developed a custom integration and workflow program in VB.NET that links the two systems together so when they are in Foundation Power, they can click a button on a record that will then initiate a search in Conventverse and bring up a list of related files stored in Contentverse that can be viewed in the Contentverse Viewer. We also make calls to stored procedures that exist in the Foundation Power SQL database in order to add links to FP's documentation tab etc.
Our original developers are no longer available. We have all the source code and related documentation they used to develop the code. I am looking for someone to take over the project and be able to continue to provide updates. For instance the Client recently upgraded their server and SQL to a newer version that requires our Workflow program to be recompiled or updated using a newer VB.Net project version.
I have the Contentverse SDK that we wrote our code for. Yes you could start over from scratch and completely re-write the entire project from scratch but I am hoping that someone who is familiar with this type of coding would be able to review what we have and be able to understand what was done and be able to take it over. I believe it was developed using best practices for coding and that it's well documented.
