Creating some MySQL functions in VB.NET

Implement the following functions in VB.NET, Core 6 framework, for MySQL 8:
1. Without logging into MySQL, reset the root password
2. Return the MySQL Port as an integer
3. Return the full path to the MySQL installation folder
4. Implement an “UPDATE” MySQL command with “MySqlCommand .Parameters.AddWithValue”, with an example showing it working
