Creating a new datagridview control in VB.NET, .NET Core 6 framework, Windows Form

I would like to create a new control called dgvMultiPurpose in VB.NET, framework of Core 6, and in Windows Form.
The purpose of this control is to host a different control on each row. For example, Row 1 is a DateTimePicker, and Row 2 is a textbox, and Row 3 is a Combobox.
