Create A VB backup utility & transfer the data via FTP/Email

Create a small vb13 backup utility that uses to create a password-protected zip that backup all the data of a particular location/folder/drive in different user define location/folder/drive.

1. After creation of zip, it will transfer the zip via FTP/Email (using pre-defined configuration)
2. Also create a setting for backup retention (created zip e.g 30)
