Create a Federal APR Calculation module in VB.net

A deliverable is a calculations module written in VB.net exclusively that calculates a federal APR percentage based on about 20 different input variables. The final resulting APR figure is no less than 0.145 off from the given standards. In addition, the resulting DISCLOSURE shows the amount financed, total note, and calculated finance charge. The given parameters consist of a current date, first due date, borrowed amount, terms, three different insurance premiums calculated simultaneously and in the same module, calculating the top of the note and the finance charge. The remaining parameters are miscellaneous fees added to the loan that must be included in the top of the note and the amount financed. I can supply examples upon request. This calculation must be written from scratch as the original code is dated and difficult to convert.
