Convert vb.net project with aspx into responsive WebApp

I'm looking for an experienced developer to convert my vb.net project with aspx into a responsive WebApp. The project size is medium, with around 10-20 pages and is developed with visual studio 2022.
There is no time limit for project completion, allowing for high quality, accurate work especially on furniture.
