Convert VB6 control to VB.Net

We have a data entry control written in VB6 that we need converted to VB.Net. The control is used to enter dimensions. Dimensions can be in metric mm, metric meters, imperial decimal inches, imperial decimal feet, imperial inches and fractions or imperial feet, inches and fractions. Fraction entry is in 1/16 inch increments.
