Console .Net application to update/add data to BigQuery on daily basis

I am stuck on connecting to google api. So I need help.
I am looking for an experienced .Net developer to create a console application that will update or add data to BigQuery. I need the sourcecode in VB.net.
The data will be used as a datawarehouse and we will create looker studio reports on top of that. But the problem here is to get data from our sql server to the bigquery db. To get the data from the SQL Server is not a problem.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in .Net programming, specifically VB.net
- Strong experience with google api in connection to .net
- Familiarity with BigQuery and its integration with .Net applications
