Combine Excel Files Into 1 Excel File

I need a code in VB6 or VB.net that will combine many Excel files into 1 Excel file.
It should only read the 1st worksheet in each Excel file, and copy all the entries from that worksheet to a new Excel file that will have the data from all of the saved Excel files.
