Chart of accounts programming using vb.net

I need to program the chart of accounts using Visual Basic.net
specifications are as follows:
companycode
Accountcode
accountname
Account rank
main account
Account type (main, sub)
Closing Account (Profit and Loss, Financial Position)

It contains a tree of accounts
When write the account code, the parent account code is automatically written in the main account field
