Adding functions to 2 controls in VB.NET, .NET Core 6

I would like to modify existing code, as described in the PDF document attached to:

1). Add 2 Properties to ucComboboxAutoComplete
2). Create the dgvMultiPurpose control

Must be created in VB.NET, using .NET Core 6 framework
