Access MS Graph API using VB.Net

Hi, I'm trying to use VB.Net from Visual Studio 2022 to authorise access to MS Graph API before getting an Access Token to proceed. I have set up Azure with a client ID etc and assigned all the right permissions but I am getting stuck with the .net programming side.
Attached is a code sample which is clearly missing something. I've tried hundreds of different ways to do this all with different errors. Basically I'm looking to be shown how to do this correctly.
