VB API Integration

We are integrating with a system that pulls Driver MVR's from a company that supplies them. Most of what we need is already developed and in place. However, there are issues that need to be corrected. The developer who did the initial work is no longer with our company so we need someone who is EXPERT in API Integration. This is not a learning position. We need someone who can get the job done quickly and efficiently, troubleshooting the code that is in place, making adjustments where necessary and completing our integration.
