Help me sell my cannabls customer database!

I am selling a database of clientele from my dispensary/delivery in Detroit. The dispensary was sold 2 months ago, but the client list remains untouched as the new company wanted to start fresh. *I am open to negotiating the price*

All clients at one point came to shop and gave written consent to be contacted by SMS for weekly deals and specials.

Out of 25000 on the list, about 21500 have Michigan ID and 3500 are from Ohio, Indiana, and various states across the country. Many of the 3500 may live in Michigan but just have a different state ID.

The list includes name, number, address, some have email(about 1000), driver's license number, birth date, and medical card number.

This list would be perfect for anyone who has a Vape, CBD, Cannabis, Smoke and Tobacco, Dispensary(Provisioning), Cannabis Delivery, and Doctor Marijuana Certification business.

*I am open to negotiating the price* but I am willing to pay $2000 OR 10% of the whole business sale, whichever is greater.
