Startup Valuation & Pitch Deck

I’m preparing to approach investors for my startup and need a clear, numbers-driven story that proves our worth. The work centres on three concrete pieces:
• An up-to-date balance sheet showing assets, liabilities and founder equity.
• A 12-month cash-flow forecast that spells out runway and funding needs.
• A valuation analysis that ties the figures together and justifies the target raise.
Once the numbers are locked, everything must flow into a polished slide deck (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote) that walks investors from problem and market size through to these financials. Each slide should be visually consistent, easy to read and backed by accepted valuation methods—comparable transactions, discounted cash flow or the venture-capital method—with all assumptions stated.
Deliverables
1. Editable financial model (formulas intact) in Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Investor-ready deck plus PDF export.
