I’m seeking a seasoned valuation professional to calculate and document the enterprise value of my mid-sized company in the retail sector. For now, a concise, defensible assessment is all that’s required.
I’m flexible on methodology—market, income, or asset-based approaches are all acceptable—as long as you justify why your chosen model fits a retail operation with physical shops and Ecommerce Site of our scale and clearly lay out the assumptions behind every number.
Deliverables
• A short data-request checklist so I can supply the right financials and metrics.
• A valuation memo (around 3-5 pages) with supporting Excel calculations and a PDF summary I can share with stakeholders.
• One revision round to address any follow-up questions.
