I’m preparing to take our AI–driven company to market and need a seasoned investment-banking mind to put hard numbers and credible narrative behind the story.
Our key assets are proprietary AI projects and software that perform image recognition across an entire spectrum—faces, objects, scenes, and mixed datasets—so the valuation must capture both the current revenue potential and the strategic worth of this intellectual property.
What I need from you:
• A defensible valuation report that can stand up to investor and buyer scrutiny, clearly tying numbers to the strength of our IP portfolio and market positioning.
• A concise, persuasive letter of recommendation that spells out how much capital we can realistically raise through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) and why, based on both our financials and market appetite for AI ventures.
Include the usual banking rigor—DCF, comparables, precedent transactions—and highlight drivers unique to AI image-recognition businesses. I’ll provide access to financial statements, product roadmaps, and technical documentation once we kick off.
If you have closed AI or deep-tech deals before, especially those leveraging convertible instruments, your insight will be invaluable.
