SketchUp Model Tweaks & Exterior Renders
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My current SketchUp file needs a round of precise modifications to its existing geometry, followed by the addition of several new elements—furniture and fixtures inside the openings, a few architectural features such as overhangs and façade trims, plus complementary landscaping items that tie everything to the site context. When the model is fully updated, I would like a set of photorealistic exterior renderings that clearly showcase material choices, lighting, and overall massing.
Deliverables
• Updated .skp file with clean layers/groups and all new components embedded
• A minimum of three high-resolution exterior renders (daylight), supplied as PNG or JPG
• All texture maps, proxy files, and rendering settings bundled for future edits
Acceptance criteria
1. All requested furniture, architectural, and landscape elements appear in the correct positions and scales.
2. No geometry errors or missing textures when I reopen the model.
3. Renders display realistic lighting, sharp materials, and match the camera angles we agree on before final output.
I typically review within 24 hours and provide consolidated feedback, so smooth communication and version control (numbered files, clear change notes) will help us wrap this up quickly. Feel free to choose your preferred engine—V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar—as long as the final images meet the realism standard outlined above.
