3D Site Model Building Rendering, 3Ds Max 2020 with Vray required.

Siteplan Building Rendering, must be photo realistic.
3Ds Max & Vray required, 2020 version, no other software will be acceptable.
I will require proof of previous work, from renderings and to show the 3Ds max file.

Please don't share Interior rendering samples since they don't apply to this or any project we handle.
We do hundred of projects per year, and I don't trust just random renderings.
3Ds Max and all reference files, must be supplied so I can render.
Everything must be setup in the 3Ds max file so I can render.

We would prefer to get a 3D site model of our building and be able to show the building in daylight and nighttime, with site lighting on and off
For the night time image, the lights would need to be cropped to show ON and OFF png images.
