Restaurant Interior AutoCAD & 3D

I’m opening a commercial restaurant and need a complete interior concept developed in AutoCAD and 3ds Max. The brief covers only the guest-facing spaces—specifically the dining area and restrooms—so every drawing and render should focus there.
Starting from my rough measurements and mood references, I’d like you to draft accurate 2D plans in AutoCAD, then translate them into polished 3D visuals in 3ds Max (V-Ray or Corona rendering is fine). I’ll rely on you for furniture layout, lighting placement, material and colour proposals, and any small architectural tweaks that improve flow or code compliance.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (DWG + PDF)
• At least three high-resolution renders for the dining room and one for the restrooms
• Source 3ds Max file with all textures linked
• A short material/fixture list so my contractor can cost everything accurately
Once I approve the layout, move straight to the 3D stage; we can schedule two rounds of revisions to lock in the look. If you have previous restaurant work to show, even better—attach it so I can see how you balance ambience with practicality.
