3ds Max Floorplan & Render

I have a residential layout fully measured and drafted on paper, and I now need it rebuilt in 3ds Max with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The assignment is straightforward: translate my detailed dimensions into an accurate 2-D floor plan within 3ds Max, extrude the walls, add simple finishes and furnishings that match a minimalist look, light the scene, and deliver one high-quality still render that clearly showcases the space.

You will receive a scanned PDF with all measurements, wall thicknesses and door/window sizes noted. Once the model is complete, I’d like a single camera view that captures the overall flow of the plan—think neutral palette, uncluttered surfaces, natural light. If you prefer V-Ray or Corona for the final render, that’s fine; use whichever you’re fastest with.

Deliverables
• .max file with all geometry, materials and lights intact
• High-resolution JPG or PNG render (1920×1080 or above)
• Optional: an exported DWG or PDF of the 2-D plan if it’s convenient

Acceptance criteria
1. All provided measurements reflected accurately in both plan and model
2. Render matches the minimalist brief (simple materials, subdued colours, no ornamental detail)
3. File opens without missing assets or plugin dependencies
