Exhibition Stand 3D Modeling and Rendering
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
The provided 3ds Max file must be completed as requested below, submitted, and archived.
Step 1: Modeling
Based on the reference exhibition stand shown in the provided image, create an accurately measured and properly scaled 3D model of the space and all objects. (EXACT REPLICA)
Note:
Pay close attention to geometric accuracy and detailing.
The exhibition stand design must match the reference image exactly.
Furnishings inside the stand (chairs, sofas, decorative objects, plants, lighting fixtures, etc.) may be merged from similar ready-made models.
Step 2: Materials and Texturing
Assign appropriate materials to the modeled objects. Materials should closely resemble those in the reference image.
Use the Material Editor to create realistic materials (e.g., wood, metal, glass, etc.).
Texture names will be checked within the Max model file.
Enhance material details using texture maps (bump, reflection, etc.).
Note:
Use UVW Map Modifier and, when necessary, Unwrap UVW to ensure textures are applied correctly.
Materials must be checked for realism and proper appearance.
Step 3: Lighting
Place light sources to enhance the visual impact of the space and achieve a result similar to the reference image.
You may use:
V-Ray Sun
V-Ray Light
V-Ray IES Lights
Adjust light intensity, color, and shadow settings to create natural illumination throughout the scene.
Step 4: Camera Setup
Define at least 12 different camera angles to best visualize the exhibition stand:
6 renders from the corners/exterior of the stand
6 renders from inside the stand
Total: 12 renders
When necessary, use the section camera feature to obtain appropriate scene renders.
Step 5: Render Settings and Output
Use V-Ray or Corona Renderer to produce realistic renders.
Rendering requirements:
High resolution (minimum 2250 px on the custom settings, or higher)
Minimal noise and optimal lighting quality
Careful attention to shadow details and reflections
Batch Render setup containing at least 12 cameras must be included in the .max file
Deliverables
Render outputs must be provided in JPEG or PNG format.
