AutoCAD Plans & 3D Renderings

I will supply my existing drawings and need them translated into a clean, perfectly scaled AutoCAD presentation—plans, sections, and elevations ready for print and screen. Once the CAD set is locked, create photorealistic 3ds Max renders that communicate the complete interior and exterior concept.

Inside, showcase:
• furniture arrangement
• wall colours and textures
• layered lighting fixtures

Outside, highlight:
• landscaping and greenery
• authentic façade materials and textures
• realistic day- and night-time outdoor lighting

Every millimetre must match the original measurements, so a solid grasp of geometry and architectural detailing is essential.

Deliverables
• Annotated DWG files with correct layers, dimensions, and viewports
• High-resolution renders (minimum 4 K) from agreed interior and exterior angles
• Organised 3ds Max file with linked material library

Use V-Ray or Corona—whichever you handle best—for rendering realism. I’ll provide colour palettes, material references, and feedback daily; first draft CAD sheets are expected within a week, with final renders after revisions.
