We are looking for a small team or agency experienced in architectural design and 3D visualization to complete a high-end commercial mall project in 20 days. The work includes architectural design (interior + exterior), 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, cinematic animation, and a presentation PDF.
Scope of Work:
20x Exterior Designs: Full architectural design + material selection + 8K renders
10x Interior Designs: 3D modeling for selected commercial spaces + 8K renders + source files (.skp/.3ds)
1x Animation Video: 2 minutes, cinematic quality, with ambiance and camera movement (.MP4)
20x Decorative Renders: Corridors, stairs, restrooms with lighting and materials
1x PDF Brochure: 10 interior + 20 exterior renders, annotated plans, and zoning (in French or English)
Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural work (not just modeling)
Ability to deliver photorealistic results and 8K renders
Tools: SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Adobe Suite
Organized delivery with source files and professional communication
