UX Researcher Needed for Startup (Pune, India)

I'm looking for a skilled UX researcher based in Pune, India for a short-term project to help a startup with its initial product design. The primary goal of this project is to identify user needs and pain points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of research methods including user interviews, surveys, and focus groups, as well as any other necessary techniques to gather data.
- Involve a diverse set of participants, primarily potential users and subject matter experts, along with any other relevant participants.
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in interview techniques, persona development, and journey mapping.
- Passionate about understanding user needs and behaviours.
- Experience in UX research for product design.
